For payment there are three possibilities:
- By credit card (securely with Paypal).
- Payment by Cheque or postal (French bank only).
Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and indicated in the shopping cart during the order validation.
Inge de Jonge / Eurl L’Endroit will confirm the reservation of your order within 48 hours by email.

The order is final as of the date of receipt of payment by cheque.
You have 5 days to send us the payment, the deadline passed, the item(s) is (are) considered as available again and relisted in the e-shop.
Your order will be sent by Colissimo and your package will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days after receiving your payment.
We will inform you by mail of the date of shipment. At any time, thanks to the number of packages that we will communicate you can track your package on the website of the Post www.laposte.fr /colissimo to know where it is located. (service also provided in some countries abroad).
FRANCE: two to three business days
EUROPE: five to ten business days
EVERYWHERE ELSE: seven to fourteen business days
Once shipped, most orders arrive within times given above. However, some orders shipped overseas may take up to one month to arrive due to circumstances beyond my control (i.e. customs, holidays, adverse weather conditions, etc.) In the rare cases when that happens, thank you for being patient with delivery.
In the absence of your postman communicates the address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of an identity.
